This is Kim Greenhouse, and I really want to talk to you a little bit about stewardship and the distinction between stewardship and ownership.

It could be said that, at this time in human history, one of the great opportunities we have is to look at how we, as civilization… as humanity, has managed and led organizations and projects and countries and nations and communities in the past to look and see what worked (and didn’t work) and what we need to do now.

It could be said that most of the civilization has been preoccupied with owning and controlling commerce, money, the flow of money, being in control of property, being in control of people and countries; and that, basically, there’s a preoccupation with ownership and control to such an extent that the environment, the markets, opportunities, discoveries, a lot of times have fallen by the wayside.

Stewardship is a guiding… how do I say?… it’s almost another form of leadership, but it’s not control- and ownership-driven. It is coming from a different place.

The consciousness is that that steward is a guide – not just a director, not just a driver, (and not even a driver) – they’re a guide. They’re guiding a ship to a particular destination: the ship of a country, the ship of a company, the ship of a project, whatever it is.

So one of the opportunities we have in global systemic transition is to become stewards, and not owners and drivers; and to not let the drive to own take over what it means to be human. So you can count on that when stewardship is brought in, there’s expanded humanity, there’s expanded meaning, and there’s expanded kindness; it’s integrated. The heart is brought into the situation, whereas in business the heart is usually to be outside of business. Business is supposed to be business.

But in heart-centered leadership… this is the stewardship we need now in the world. Thank you for listening.

<itunes:keywords>leadership,stewardship</itunes:keywords> <itunes:subtitle>An exploration of the differences between stewardship and ownership.</itunes:subtitle> <itunes:summary>An exploration of the differences between stewardship and ownership.</itunes:summary> <itunes:author>The Rainmaking Company</itunes:author> <itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

Understanding Global Systemic Transition (Part 3)

Global Systemic Transition

Videos

Part 3 of Understanding Global Systemic Transition introduces the thinking and leadership actions that we can take right now to direct an economy based on promises to pay and debt to a sound money economy.

Please be patient while the video loads.

Transcript

Hi, this is Kim Greenhouse. Let’s talk about global systemic transition – part 3.

We talked about how it’s organic and synthetic; we also talked about what that means, how that translates, and I talked to you about different examples of how synthetic global systemic transition is happening; and some of those examples were very difficult to hear, I’m sure. But let’s talk about the benefits of organic global systemic transition, and some choices that we do have about our lives and our business and prospering.

Firstly, what’s happening is that the currencies around the world that are being synthetically altered (in other words, they’re just being printed ’til there’s no tomorrow), and the derivatives and credit transactions that are altering what would look like a free market, are changing the face of what is a free market; so that really, when it comes to money and finance, when one would say “let the free market do what it will, it will respond organically to what is right,” we are now in a situation where there isn’t a free market. And so… there’s the appearance of a free market, there’s the illusion of a free market, so you have this tremendous gravity of infiltration of synthetic activities that are changing the face of the economy.

So what can we do? Well, the first thing we can do is to use, to transact, to do our contracts, and to commercialize transactions and relationships, in sound money. Money that is not manipulated; money that is not going to take away your purchasing power; money that is real money. We use Goldmoney at goldmoney.com.

Now, one of the things you can do to have dominion in your businesses is to get involved in buying, holding, and transacting in gold, silver, and platinum. There’s a reason that metals have survived thousands of years of commerce while different countries and civilizations have shut down because their paper currencies were inflated, deflated, and the markets were no longer free. So that’s the first thing that you can do.

Goldmoney is one of the best stewarded companies in the world, that allows you to open up your accounts in many countries, to transact with several different types of currencies, to buy gold, silver, and platinum. And its not just a question of looking at metals as an “investment”; it’s a question of understanding that when you subconsciously refer to currency as money, you are involved in a primal illusion – a primary illusion – a primary misguided perception – of what you’re transacting in an organism level. When you invest, when you transact, when you put your savings in metals, you are involved in a higher consciousness of flow. You are saying that you are not investing in currency that can be manipulated, that can be taken out of circulation, that can only express itself as a promise to pay by groups of people that don’t honor their promises.

So the first thing to do in global systemic transition that is not noticeable by many of us is to look at what you’re transacting in, what you are contracting with, and say, “We’re going to be involved in sound, responsible, transparent, highly stewarded, long-standing, sound money: real money.” That, you have a choice about.

Unfortunately, in the united states, to have gold and silver in your possession is to risk confiscation again. So your primary holdings, some of your business transactions, are going to happen internationally in what is already, and what has truly always been, a global economy.

If you want to understand why, internationally, people are experiencing such fear when it comes to currencies, why there are collapses, why it’s so unstable or becoming so destabilized, you need to understand what currency is.

So in The Rainmaking Company, the current behind our currency is consciousness. That’s the current: consciousness. Accountability. Stewardship. Courage. And a willingness to turn the tide, turn the direction, of transactions across the world.

I invite you immediately to open your Goldmoney accounts and please use the advertisement on the website – we get credit for any time you open an account with Goldmoney. We do have a small commission based on what you’re transacting in or what you’re holding, but I can think of no other company on earth i’d be so proud and so honored to be aligned with than Goldmoney and the Goldmoney foundation, and james turk and his son jeffrey.

You can do it. You can open your account with nothing and start and begin with gold, silver, and platinum. You can say no to the illusion of holding your money (or your non-money, your currency, your promises to pay) in banks that don’t honor you, are not responsible, and are not accountable to you; and governments, and non-governments, that are not accountable to you.

So much of what you say yes to also involves what you say no to. So at the ground of rainmaking activities begins in consciousness. We begin in the realm of transacting inside of metals, where currencies cannot be debased. An ounce is an ounce is an ounce is an ounce, period.

We invest in a new economy – or really, an ancient economy – that always has been, and has survived everything. And we say no to governments and institutions that are aligned with goverments that pretend and profess to be accountable to us, to be transparent to us, who aren’t. That’s how we begin.

A dawn of a new day is here. Get ready – there’s so much work to be done!

Thank you.

<itunes:subtitle>Part 3 of Understanding Global Systemic Transition introduces the thinking and leadership actions that we can take right now to direct an economy based on promises to pay and debt to a sound money economy.</itunes:subtitle> <itunes:summary>Part 3 of Understanding Global Systemic Transition introduces the thinking and leadership actions that we can take right now to direct an economy based on promises to pay and debt to a sound money economy.</itunes:summary> <itunes:author>The Rainmaking Company</itunes:author> <itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

Understanding Global Systemic Transition (Part 2)

Global Systemic Transition

Videos

Introduction to synthetic global systemic transition and explanation of its role in happening to people and communities around the world.

Please be patient while the video loads.

Transcript

Thank you very much for tuning in. This is Kim Greenhouse, and I want to review with you what global systemic transition is when it comes to a synthetic form of global systemic transition.

A synthetic form of global systemic transition is an uninvited state change / consciousness change / direction change whereby all facets of the civilization as we know it are being purposefully altered from within so that they are nothing like anything they were after the alter… in other words, they weren’t anything like they were before.

That means they are being… not organically changed; they are being changed in such a way that the organism is different, the consciousness is different. The… almost like genetically modified foods and genetically modified seeds – you’re changing the molecular level of what’s happening in the system.

Now, one way to do that is to force the system to become totally electronic; everything electronic. Healthcare, communication, energy; everything becomes forced (which is really called “harmonized”), forced into an electronic format where everything is being tracked, monitored, and electronically communicated and communicating itself.

We have been forced, and are being changed, from the outside and the inside, into an organism which electronically expresses itself; which is not human; which is not simply an integration of internet services and technology; which is electronically expressed. This is an example of a synthetic global systemic change.

The other one is when you have, for example, airplanes going up into the skies, deliberately dumping chemicals (not just on on the American people, but on all peoples throughout the world) and altering weather, synthetically altering weather; synthetically delivering news, news that’s not even news; turning what would be real discovery, real innovation, interesting information, into propaganda… into fear for the masses. Changing the voting, so that even voting becomes an electronic expression… which is all hackable.

So if you look, when you alter the seeds, you alter the water with chemicals, you alter the air with chemicals, you conduct high frequency trading, you do shorts on losses in emergencies and you can make money doing it… what you provision for in terms of a synthetic capacity, all of a sudden there’s an economy… there is a whole series… a whole universe of activity happening that has nothing to do with real production, nothing to do with real health, nothing that has to do with real business.

The printing of money – so much altering, the money supply, that it’s unrecognizable to commerce, that the entire economy is misunderstood by the masses. Doing credit default swaps, bailing out banks and not telling the people what the money is going into.

A complete synthetic takeover of all systems. And that, my friend, is what you and I are living in.

We’re living in not just, oh, change! Global systemic change! A consciousness change! Oh, everything’s getting so much better! Yes, there’s a huge lift in consciousness for the masses; it’s happening. But we have to be vigilant, because if we don’t start paying attention and opening our mouths as there is an entire electronic takeover of all humans, all systems, we will lose hold – not gain, lose hold – of what it means to be human.

Thank you for listening. There’s more to share with you.

<itunes:subtitle>Introduction to synthetic global systemic transition and explanation of its role in happening to people and communities around the world.</itunes:subtitle> <itunes:summary>Introduction to synthetic global systemic transition and explanation of its role in happening to people and communities around the world.</itunes:summary> <itunes:author>The Rainmaking Company</itunes:author> <itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

Understanding Global Systemic Transition (Part 1)

Global Systemic Transition

Videos

Introduction to global systemic transition and the first of two aspects of it that must be embraced to fully understand what is happening around the world.

Please be patient while the video loads.

Transcript

Hello. I’m Kim Greenhouse, and I’d like to talk to you about what is global systemic transition.

Global systemic transition is the transition that is happening right now. It’s the very transition in which all global systems are undergoing change at the same time, where every system is being impacted by other systems. But it’s not just just an organic process. Part of it is organic; the other part of it is synthetic.

Now let’s talk about the organic part first. The organic part is that the consciousness of this civilization is requesting – the collective consciousness is requesting – a better, more effective, more humane way for this civilization to steward itself in all systems. Finance, law, agriculture, business, education, health; everything from health and healthcare delivery to the way law is being practiced, to laws that are being put in, to the way we write contracts, to the way we assume that we’re supposed to do business, to how we take care of each other and how we interact with each other.

So global systemic transition is a fundamental, integral change that’s happening all over the world that’s impacting all of us right now, and has been for several years, and will be for many, many more years.

So the most important thing is to know that we’re undergoing global systemic transition – a lot of we don’t have control over, some of it we do have a say about – and that there’s two parts of it: organic and synthetic.

And now I’m going to talk to you about the synthetic kind of global systemic transition. Stay tuned.

<itunes:subtitle>Introduction to global systemic transition and the first of two aspects of it that must be embraced to fully understand what is happening around the world.</itunes:subtitle> <itunes:summary>Introduction to global systemic transition and the first of two aspects of it that must be embraced to fully understand what is happening around the world.</itunes:summary> <itunes:author>The Rainmaking Company</itunes:author> <itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit>

The End of Vulture Capital

Articles

Finance & Economics

funding

investing

roi

sweat equity

venture capital

Traditional Venture Capitalists (TVCs) are often unconcerned about the collective good or the people whose offerings will benefit it. In fact, there appears to be more such people than there are available, receptive investors who are willing to fund them.

Traditional Venture Capitalists, (TVC’s) are often unconcerned about impacting the collective good or about the people whose offerings will benefit it. They do not feel that they are integral to the delivery of ROI (Return On Investment). It is a well understood paradigm that Venture Capitalists believe that those entrepreneurs need them. And entrepreneurs, in their commitment and calling to fulfill their vision or mission, have bought into this formidable myth and have internalized it as a fact that they must accept and operate from.

Venture Capital is Vulture Capital

The traditional venture capital model taught in business schools and used by venture capitalists and traditional investors defines the criteria by which valuation, selection, and risk level are assessed. This model is often riddled with inequitable assumptions, structures, and exchanges. Traditional methods and structures for evaluating viability, credibility, and potential for success are grossly one-sided. They are unfit for modern day leaders, pioneers, entrepreneurs, artists, and scientists, and they need to go in the worst way.

The traditional funding paradigm is deeply flawed. It overlooks a vast spectrum of knowledge, understanding, and consideration related to energy systems, physics, and intelligence. This flawed paradigm stands in the way of a critical mass of opportunities from being born and taking root in the world. It is costing humanity trillions of dollars in lost employment, health, happiness, and potential. The cost to our children comes in the loss of new and empowering investments that need to be made not only if they are needed in the future but if they are on time. If we want to make the world a better place for more people, we need a new investment model and new tools for discerning what needs investment that will make life better for not just thousands but millions and billions of people around the world.

The Impact of Investor Reluctance

Many venture capital investors are capable of funding worthy undertakings and the founders who are capable of delivering them. However, it is often difficult for those investors to find their way to creators/founders – and when they finally do, they often lack critical path understanding about endeavors that are meant to serve the collective good. They are another animal altogether and require different kinds of attention, understanding and capitalization. Such endeavors are not meant to look or feel like the status quo or fit into the paradigm of pure return on investment. They emerge from an entirely different consciousness, intelligence, and sense of purpose that may be hard for traditional investors to recognize or understand. Their founders may speak a different language and in fact may be bringing new knowledge or a new paradigm to an entire industry.

Seed funding is integral to opening the floodgates of opportunity around the world. Yet, seed funding is often the last place traditional investors or their advisers dare to tread. This reluctance to venture into new territory keeps them from crossing the threshold into a new funding and investment paradigm that is needed at a worldwide level. This is the realm of exploration, adventure, and discovery.

The primary underpinning of an investment is to exploit opportunities to make profit while lowering the level of risk involved and often involves only moving into only that which is known and provable. This mindset obstructs the delivery of millions of projects, creative works, more efficient technologies, and products that could improve the well being of people around the world and create an unfathomable number of new jobs and opportunities. As a result, our world’s leaders pioneers, scientists, artists, writers, creative people, poets, storytellers, filmmakers, and other change agents are continually starved off.

This has created an integral conflict between creators and funding sources. The fact of the matter is that without creators, the growth of our world is stunted, stifled, and obstructed. Funding sources worldwide need new information outside the traditional investment paradigm, but they often lack the essential receptivity and humility to learn. If they had these components they would find a new oasis of opportunity that is ready for them.

The fact is that the traditional funding protocol for acquiring funding is part of the very problem that is in the way to invoke the funding. In a global environment where anybody is a potential competitor or customer, we need new and evolved protocols for presenting, producing, communicating, funding, and delivering new ventures.

Organizations Are Living Things

All projects and organizations are living organisms with their own life force. This life force is present before the project or business is funded. All businesses have consciousness. Business is animate. A business is not inert. It could be said that most of the business world does not operate business as if it has consciousness.

Traditional business advisers are unaware of this fact. They are likewise unaware of the realm of physics, chaos, energy systems, and how energy moves into the world of form and matter. Investors and creators speak different languages, live in different worlds, and are motivated by different things. As such, they experience different kinds of risk.

The Meaning of Risk

When we speak of risk, we mean real life risk-taking: the potential loss of one’s family, mate, friends, community, job, credibility, creditworthiness, home, transportation, and the ability to secure future employment. We mean the potential loss of the many years a creator’s life that has been poured into singular focus, attention, concentration, leadership, accountability, commitment, and dedication, which transcends money and the world of material things.

Risk means walking into the wilderness where few dare to tread. It means getting up everyday with nothing certain about one’s existence. It means accepting that someone promised to do something, knowing that they will, and trusting that they are ready to deliver – because it’s what they came here for. Risk is the realm of explorers, pioneers, leaders, change agents, scientists, visionaries, and entrepreneurs.

No amount of financial risk can compare to this level of real-life risk-taking, because no amount of money can buy back or replace the loss of a life’s work that means everything to its creator. Money simply doesn’t hold a candle to the risk that creators courageously accept for the sake of us all. But under the traditional funding paradigm, such risk-taking is written off as “sweat equity” – a trivializing metaphor for risking one’s life, family, home, credit, friends, transportation, and everything else that comes with a drive to create.

“Sweat Equity” is a Toxic Seed in the old misguided paradigm of venture funding. It’s arrogant and highly misinformed roots need to be pulled out of anything connected to business.

It’s time for this inexcusable disregard for leadership, creativity and vision to come to an end. The Rainmaking Company is committed to introducing the means to unleash a critical mass of jobs, opportunities, and businesses that will serve the greater good for generations to come.

On The Nature of Fish

Articles

Fun & Humor

Some people like to fish. It’s a good thing to know where you stand in the matter.

About “Little Fish”

Little Fish highly resent being eaten by Big Fish just because they are smaller in size, for they too deserve to live and prosper. They have their own ways and means that are often invisible to Big Fish. Little Fish can be very smart, and often navigate the exact same waters where the Big Fish hang out without being seen – or eaten alive! – by them. As you might imagine, this takes a rather intelligent Little Fish. And the world needs more of those!

About “Big Fish”

Big Fish are kind of “heavy”, as in “heavy hitters”. They have very big appetites; it takes a lot to fill them up, and they are often busy swallowing Little Fish in huge gulps. Sometimes they don’t even taste the food they eat. They think, “Why chew or taste what is in front of you when you can just swallow it whole in one giant gulp?”

Big Fish tend to act like they know just about all there is to know about everything and everyone. Would you know if a Little Fish had Big Fish capability? It’s a great time to sort out how you would recognize such a Fish.

Have you met an intelligent Big Fish lately? Whole systems contain the same blueprint of consciousness in all aspects of their existence.

Please be patient while the video loads.

Whole systems are systems or structures that are organic and self-sustaining. In a whole system, you can experience the power – and the benefits – of the cross-pollination of information, energy, wisdom, expertise, and knowledge. People share power and navigate more freely inside a system. Whole systems contain the same blueprint of consciousness in all aspects of their existence.

You won’t find polarization in the financing and founding aspects of a new endeavor rooted in a whole systems approach. The energy or wisdom guiding the vision and delivery of an enterprise will be consistent with the funding process that capitalizes it, as well as the consciousness of the funding source. The hallmark of whole systems is that all aspects of an organization or project are grounded in the same blueprint.

Transcript

What is a whole systems approach to doing business? What does that mean?

A whole systems approach is looking at the entire picture. Finance; the way you do business; your criteria for hiring, firing, and acquiring; how you manage; what kind of energy is in the business; what kind of communication is in the business; a whole systems approach looks at all facets of something as a whole, as a holistic – almost a hologram – and says, what is this matrix? What’s going on in this?

A whole systems approach is very, very important for today’s new businesses. The accounting side, the structure of the company, the strategies involved, the energy and consciousness of the people there, the consciousness of the company, the logo, the words and language that is used, including the way it views power (and I said exactly what I mean).

Whatever the founders imbue in a new project or company, they’re imbuing it with consciousness, and that consciousness can be many things. It can be discerning and wise, it can be kind; it could be generous, it could be creative, it could be enterprising, and all of it; it could also be ruthless, it could be cunning, it could be deceptive, and it can function inequitably. So whatever the founders bring in as consciousness that then manifests itself into the policies, into the protocols, into the ways of doing business, and into contractual articulation and expression, all are part of a whole system.

A Whole systems approach is very important. Few of us focus on it, few of us care about it; it’s where the action is. If you want a totally different organism for doing business, you want businesses that propel themselves and projects that propel themselves with their own life force, look at a whole systems approach to doing business.

If you look at a whole systems approach to the economy, look at all the facets: banking, the inner workings of banking laws, credit default swaps and derivatives; look at trading, look at commodities, look at shorts and puts; look at everything.

Look at the structure. Look at the central banking. Look at the printing of money. Look at the treasury. Look at bonds. Look at high frequency trading. Look at the whole system. Look at the laws that change – nationally, state, and internationally. if you want to understand, look at the history of what’s unfolding. the whole systems approach is essential.

Similarly about climate. You want to be able to discern what this whole thing with climate change is about? You don’t need complex scientists to tell you anything. There are keys in understanding the whole equation. Look at all the aspects.

Look at carbon, look at the sun, look at astrophysics. Look at technology; look at advanced technology. Look at vapour, look at the oceans, look at volcanos. Look at aerosol spraying, look at the ionosphere. Look at microwave stations and cellular stations; look at the advent of technology. Really look. Look at climate over millions of years. Look at cycles; look at how cycles express themselves.

A whole systems approach looks at all the facets. and like in anything, if you start to look at things like a wheel with spokes, it’ll help you solve… what seems like the most complex concerns become simple.

A whole systems approach is essential for thriving, being healthy, being happy, living full and complete lives, and for the human betterment – human and animal and planetary benefit for all concerned. Thank you.

What Is A Rainmaker?

Articles

Definitions

A Rainmaker can be anyone, anywhere, and can strike at any time. The collective atmosphere in the world is full of possibility, receptivity and anxiety, which is all going on at the same time. Business as we know it is changing so fast, that many of us are struggling to keep up. Creativity is at an all time high. Competitive intelligence is more complex and growing more fierce. People and companies want to know how to get more done in less time, they want to have more fun doing what they do and they want to know how to use existing and emerging technologies to expedite all of the possibility they are so filled with. There is much in the way of uncertainty about where the technology is going, who will be there at the helm and who may get left behind. The global information age is crowning and all of us are part of it.

A different level of receptivity, compassion and flexibility is needed. People want to be utilized in ways that are consistent with their range, depth and skill level. They don’t want to fill slots for employment purposes. They want to experience jobs and support organizations and projects that give them meaning and allow them to step into their full-blown range and skill level. They want more dominion about their time and energy. They want to know with whom and to what end will their energies be utilized. The masses are crying out for meaning and for work which inspires growth and provides more joy and creative stimulation.

Some awakening and fine tuning is needed. Another level of commitment, input, structure, exploration and imagination needs to be called forth. What is for sure, is that so very often, people with vision and leadership prowess which include, and are not limited to, entrepreneurs, pioneers, change agents, artists, scientists, thinkers, researchers, explorers, creative genius and people carrying critical path intelligence are not being fed and properly supported. They are being starved off by an antiquated mindset and belief structure about reality. This mind set is one that obstructs spirit, blocks important challenges, undermines works of high-level substance and discourages the very people whose work and energies are so critical that the well being of our planet depends upon them.

The “make it happen and think positive” strategies and philosophies are not delivering the badly needed level of receptivity, flexibility, humility, trust, inner knowing and directedness that so many of us are all being called to integrate. Our world is undergoing massive transition. Few of us will be permitted to escape this leap of consciousness that beckons us. The dawn of this crowning age is here. It is the age of integration, manifestation and unity. This age is seeking real local, national and worldwide opportunities that must be recognized, named and embraced. This embrace will ask of us that we resolve and lay to rest the deeper problems that continue to take up most of our energies. For many of us, this will be a very tall order and may challenge us to our very foundations.

People want to know what they need to do to move their contributions forward. They are looking for how to take their vision, ideas, projects, businesses and products into the world. They want to be empowered to use their energies more efficiently, to get more done in less time. We are seeking exponential growth. For this to occur, fundamental rethinking of our basic assumptions about power, control, time, energy, resources, space and process. Leveraging our time, energy, resources, access, experience, capability and knowledge in what we already possess is an important key into the growth that beckons us.

We want to know how to locate people of like mind to connect and collaborate with. We find ourselves working more and playing less. Industries are changing so fast that just staying current takes a substantial commitment of what is left of our personal time .We find ourselves asking very different questions than we ever did. Many of us are much more open to questioning what life and work is about and rethinking what being successful really means.

While we may be more open to collaboration and excited about what it means to operate in a non-hierarchical structure, there is a lot of apprehension about the reality of it. We are not familiar with how non hierarchical structure really works, it’s energetic nuances and inner workings, complexities and how new ways of “getting things to happen” are really going to serve the greater good of organizations, industries and consumers worldwide. We are faced with having to operate “as if” we know, and yet, we are being forced to stay receptive and open to the fact that a new world is emerging, that technology is changing the rules and playing field of national and global business. We are in the age of transition. We don’t know where it is all going and yet, this uncertainty is not a bad predicament. Everything we thought about what can and cannot happen is now up for grabs. This is an exciting time for modern day explorers.

Business opportunities are opening up to more people. People around the world are now getting a taste of the stage of formation, a stage that until recently, has been understood as a pre – reality or non- reality stage. Our notions about how long things have to take to show up is being forced to change. “Formation” is one of the most exciting, engaging, creative and receptive stages of the manifestation process. Even the concept of manifestation as we know it is having to be rethought and reformulated.

After five years of traveling and meeting with literally thousands of people face-to-face about their concept and understanding of formation, it is clear that even highly aware people with business savvy and common sense could use some serious rethinking about perception and reality to be better able to respond to the number of opportunities and new markets that are presenting themselves. We are being called upon to be open to those things we “don’t know” and “can’t prove”. Of the thousands of people that I have personally met with, below are what I found to be the critical operating assumptions that keep so many of us from moving into more meaningful, exciting and prosperous opportunities. For modern day Rainmakers and Explorers, here marks a glimpse of the human climate/weather report of collective thought. Often, people:

Are both hesitant and often resistant to venturing out into the unknown and are discouraged from doing so

Operate and act “as if” they know all there is to know about manifestation

Are reluctant to get involved or invest time and energy into anything that is not already formed, funded and has some public acclaim or track

record in a proposed endeavor

Experience difficulty distinguishing between a person with lots of enthusiasm and a good idea from a person who is grounded in a vision and carrying the material, blueprint, energy and level of commitment necessary for manifestation to occur in an area of concentration and focus

Are mildly open to the possibility that one can enable and facilitate the manifestation of multiple and simultaneous ventures. This is collectively

viewed as a “dispersion of energy”, a “lack of focus” and a form of being “scattered”

Have difficulty trusting and acting on behalf of their own intuition in practical day-to-day living

Do not value, support, fund and facilitate exploration, examination, inquiry, imagination, discovery and manifestation of others accept, at a conversational level

Feel that process is important, but, does not really have to do with them

Operate mostly from linear thinking,(logic), as the prime mover of most of their decisions and actions

Are deeply attached to and operate almost primarily out of irrational, outdated, primally driven, unexamined and ineffective beliefs about power and control

Know that timing is important and yet, somehow, do not know how to detect people who possess mastery of this critically important and badly

needed faculty

Believe that things take a long time to become “viable” if they are “worth” anything

Believe that people are hired based on past experience, skill level and personality fit

Believe that their will combined with positive energy will be sufficient to get them where they want to go

Feel that spirit is important, but not something that can be measured, not something that can be tied to overall profitability. . . After all, “you can’t control it”.

Visionary leadership, readiness and accountability need to be recognized quickly by more people worldwide. People have a very difficult time supporting what they can’t see, sense or control. New criteria and structures are being called upon to unify those with visionary prowess and leadership capability with those with receptivity, imagination and fiscal capability. What is needed are agents of manifestation.

We call these agents “Rainmakers”. The exciting technologies that are available now need to be fully utilized to support the expression and modeling of human generosity, adventure, exploration, ingenuity and discovery. The time in human history for major expansion is now! Transition is upon us. The labor has begun. Humankind is in labor. We need midwives, not technicians. We need to call upon ancient wisdom. For this birth, we need teamwork of another order.

Rainmaking is about delivering commitments. It is about the full utilization of human capability and receptivity. It is about the establishment and support of structures, vehicles, applications, thinking and processes that are highly efficient and better suited to serve the greater good. It is time in human history for the marriage of service and profit to be fully enabled to live on earth, rather than in people’s ideals. It is time to build structures and set forth endeavors that ignite creativity, stimulate thinking and action, light up collective spirit and call forth and nurture greatness.

A rethinking of our basic notions of time, space, energy, resources, and intelligence is in order. Rainmaking is about calling forth whatever and whoever is needed to move humanity forward. For this to occur, integration and receptivity to new ways of thinking and operating is key. The Rainmaking Company is here to stand and deliver the message that “spirit is profitable, substance will be funded and the Rainmakers of the world are uniting”.

The Real Economy

Articles

Finance & Economics

It's natural to feel concerned as private agencies grab power, economies fail, nations go bankrupt, governments act improperly, egregious laws are passed, leaders are rendered ineffective, and so on. But don’t be disheartened. Good works, great news, and marvelous solutions exist right now.

“Our” economy was never ours. It isn’t even real. Securitized transactions, deceptive practices, and falsified assets do not constitute a real economy. We must give rise to a “real” economy that is “ours” and set our new course immediately. We must take worthy risks and do things we have never done or imagined. We must say things we never thought we would say. We must give up our misconceptions of security, stability, and stasis. Life on earth demands this of us.

The real economy is an exciting industrial paradigm based on scientific knowledge. Teeming with life and capability, it has a higher purpose, its own intelligence, communications and delivery protocols and environments, housing plans and needs, language, as well as financial, legal and solution delivery methods and protocols. Its unique power structure is not rooted in control, deception, inequity, or ownership. It’s riveting, mind-boggling, highly creative, and it thrives on circulation.

Opportunities in the real economy are endless. There is no lack of funding!
